The Smart Wasp R600 Mobile Pallet Wrapping Machine is a self-propelled stretch wrapping solution designed to automatically wrap palletized loads without requiring a fixed turntable or wrapping station. Its mobile design allows the machine to move around the pallet, making it particularly suitable for operations handling different pallet sizes, load shapes, or wrapping locations.

The R600 combines robotic mobility, intelligent control, and automated stretch wrapping to provide consistent load stabilization while reducing manual handling. Intelligent Wrapping Control

The R600 features GuideWasp™ AI Assistant, which provides step-by-step operator guidance, real-time troubleshooting information, and battery management alerts. The system includes 12 pre-programmed wrapping recipes that can be customized for different load types, including cylindrical, irregular, and heavy loads.

A touchscreen interface provides convenient access to wrapping programs and machine diagnostics, while an LED status panel provides visual indication of machine operating and safety conditions.

Fast Battery-Powered Operation

The FastWasp™ Power System (Optional Accessories) uses quick-change battery modules that can be replaced in approximately 60 seconds, allowing operators to continue wrapping with minimal interruption. The machine uses a high-torque DC brushless motor, which the manufacturer states provides up to 20% faster wrapping speed compared with its previous design.

The battery-powered design eliminates the need for a trailing power cable during operation, allowing the R600 to move freely around pallets and between different wrapping locations.

Advanced Safety System

The R600 incorporates SafeWasp™ Radar 3.0, combining radar detection, mechanical safety sensors, and film-carriage safety sensing to help prevent collisions during operation.

The non-contact radar sensor detects obstacles around the machine and can stop its movement before contact, while mechanical safety sensors provide an additional layer of protection. The system also includes warning lights to indicate machine operating and safety conditions.
