The Smart Wasp S300 is an inline fully automatic pallet wrapping machine designed for high-volume production and logistics environments. It automatically wraps palletized goods with LLDPE stretch film and can be integrated directly into an existing conveyor system, allowing pallets to move through the wrapping process with minimal operator intervention.

The S300 is equipped with a powered pre-stretch film delivery system providing 250% pre-stretch, helping improve stretch film utilization while maintaining consistent wrapping tension. The actual film saving will depend on the film specification, load characteristics, and wrapping requirements.

A photoelectric sensor automatically detects pallet height, allowing the machine to adjust the wrapping cycle according to the load. Operators can program the number of top, bottom, and reinforcement wrapping cycles, as well as adjust film tension and carriage lifting speed to suit different products and load requirements.

The machine features automatic film cutting and clamping, eliminating the need for operators to manually cut and secure the film after wrapping. This is particularly beneficial for continuous production lines where consistent cycle times and reduced manual intervention are important.

The S300 uses a Siemens PLC control system and touchscreen interface, with programmable controls and frequency-converter speed adjustment. Soft-start and soft-stop functions help provide smooth machine operation and reduce mechanical stress.

A durable stainless-steel roller conveyor allows the S300 to connect with upstream and downstream conveyors for automated pallet movement. The slewing-ring turntable is designed to handle loads of up to 2,000 kg while providing lower vibration and quieter operation compared with conventional chain-driven turntables.

The S300 also incorporates a film rope system that narrows the film at the bottom of the pallet to provide additional grip between the film, pallet, and load. This can help improve load stability during transportation and provide additional protection if the lower film layer is damaged by forklift handling.
