The Smart Wasp X0PS is a semi-automatic pre-stretch pallet wrapping machine designed to efficiently secure and stabilize palletized goods using LLDPE stretch film. By stretching the film before it is applied to the load, the machine helps improve film utilization while providing consistent wrapping tension and reliable load containment.

The X0PS is equipped with a pre-stretch film carriage capable of up to 250% pre-stretch, allowing 1 metre of film to be stretched to approximately 2,5 metres before application. This can significantly reduce stretch film consumption compared with conventional wrapping methods, although actual savings depend on the film specification, load characteristics, and wrapping requirements.

The machine features a 1,650 mm turntable as standard and can accommodate pallet loads up to approximately 2,000 kg, with a maximum packing height of 2,200 mm in the standard configuration. Other turntable sizes, load capacities, and packing heights are available depending on the selected configuration.

A touchscreen control system allows operators to adjust wrapping tension and configure wrapping parameters. Six wrapping programs can be stored in memory, making it convenient to switch between different pallet and product requirements. The one-button start function further simplifies daily operation.

The X0PS uses an integrated PCB control system with independent control chips designed for reliable operation and easier maintenance. Its one-piece extruded aluminium column provides a rigid and durable structure, while the double-chain lifting system provides stable carriage movement. An LED three-colour indicator provides clear machine status information.

The machine operates at a turntable speed of approximately 0–12 rpm and can achieve wrapping throughput of around 25–30 loads per hour, depending on the pallet dimensions, wrapping pattern, and number of film layers required.
