The Smart Wasp X100P Automatic Pneumatic Pallet Wrapping Machine is designed to efficiently wrap and stabilize palletized goods using LLDPE stretch film. Its combination of a powered pre-stretch film system and pneumatic top plate provides additional control over the load during wrapping, making it particularly suitable for light, unstable, or irregular pallet loads.

The machine is equipped with a motor-driven pneumatic top plate that applies controlled downward pressure to help keep unstable products in position during the wrapping process. This makes the X100P especially useful for loads that may shift, lean, or move during conventional stretch wrapping.

The X100P uses a power pre-stretch film delivery system with 250% standard pre-stretch, allowing the film to be stretched before application to improve film utilization. Actual film savings depend on the stretch film, load characteristics, and wrapping requirements.

The machine automatically detects the pallet height using a photoelectric sensor and can automatically return the turntable to its original position after completing the wrapping cycle. Programmable wrapping functions allow adjustment of the top, bottom, and reinforcement wrapping cycles, while film tension and carriage movement can be adjusted according to the application.

The X100P also features automatic film cutting and clamping, eliminating the need for the operator to manually cut and secure the film after wrapping. The welded-type film cutting system leaves no loose film tail on the finished pallet, providing a cleaner appearance and reducing manual handling.

A Siemens PLC control system and touchscreen interface provide convenient control of the wrapping parameters. Up to six customizable wrapping programs can be configured for different pallet and product requirements, helping reduce setup time when switching between loads.
