The SHII MEEI SM-1506 is a compact and robust semi-automatic pallet wrapping machine designed to efficiently secure palletized goods with stretch film for storage, handling, and transportation. Its simple control system and flexible wrapping functions make it suitable for a wide range of warehouse, logistics, and production applications.

The machine features a 1,500 mm diameter turntable and can accommodate loads up to approximately 1,300 × 1,300 mm, with a maximum packing height of 2,100 mm and maximum loading weight of 1,000 kg.

The SM-1506 provides four wrapping modes, including standard wrapping, two single-layer wrapping modes, central-area reinforcement wrapping, and waterproof wrapping. These functions allow operators to select the appropriate wrapping pattern according to the load and packaging requirements.

The touchscreen control panel provides convenient adjustment of turntable speed, carriage up-and-down speed, and the number of top and bottom wrapping layers. Operators can also adjust the wrapping parameters according to the product and load requirements.

A soft start and stop function helps provide smooth machine operation, while the home-position function stops the turntable at the correct position after wrapping, making it easier and safer to unload the pallet. The film can be configured for either automatic or manual cutting after the wrapping cycle is completed.

The machine is built with a compact and durable construction, making it suitable for various working environments. An optional ramp plate allows pallets to be loaded and unloaded conveniently using a hand pallet jack, while optional safety features are available to help reduce damage caused by improper operation.
