The RING PACK RPK-09 is an automatic carton erecting machine that forms flat carton blanks into boxes and automatically seals the bottom centre seam with adhesive tape. By combining carton forming and bottom sealing in a single machine, it helps reduce manual carton preparation and improve packaging line efficiency.
The machine uses side drive belts to transport cartons through the forming and sealing process. Its vertical carton magazine provides a continuous supply of carton blanks and can be refilled during operation, helping maintain a steady workflow.
The RPK-09 is designed for applications where cartons of different sizes may be required. Carton size adjustments can be made through a single control point, allowing operators to change between supported carton dimensions without extensive machine adjustment.
The machine automatically applies tape over the bottom centre seam of the carton. It is designed for cartons within approximately 300–450 mm in length, 200–380 mm in width and 150–350 mm in height, with a production speed of approximately 10–15 cartons per minute.
