The RING PACK RPB-07 is a heavy-duty semi-automatic carton sealer designed for efficient and consistent sealing of heavier cardboard cartons and cases. Its top and bottom belt-driven transport system provides stable support as cartons pass through the machine, making it particularly suitable for applications where side belt transport may not provide sufficient support.
The machine automatically applies pressure-sensitive adhesive tape to the top and bottom centre seams of the carton, providing a consistent and secure seal while reducing the manual effort required for carton taping.
The RPB-07 is designed for cartons of relatively consistent dimensions. When changing carton sizes, the operator can manually adjust the machine's width and height settings. This makes it a practical solution for businesses that handle several carton sizes but do not require automatic random-size adjustment.
With a working speed of approximately 700–1,200 cartons per hour, the RPB-07 can significantly improve carton sealing productivity compared with manual taping. Its robust construction and precisely machined components are designed for dependable operation and long service life.
