The RING PACK RPC-05 is a semi-automatic carton sealing machine designed to automate both top-flap folding and carton sealing in end-of-line packaging operations. It automatically folds the carton flaps before applying adhesive tape to the top and bottom centre seams, reducing manual handling and improving sealing consistency.
The machine uses a side belt-driven transport system to move cartons through the folding and sealing process at a belt speed of approximately 18 m/min. It is designed for cartons of consistent dimensions, with manual adjustment available when changing carton sizes.
The RPC-05 can handle cartons from 200–500 mm in length, 150–500 mm in width, and 150–500 mm in height. It accepts tape widths from 48–75 mm, with one tape width installed at a time.
Its compact design provides an economical way to automate carton closing and sealing without requiring a fully automatic random-size carton sealer. The machine is particularly useful for production lines where carton sizes are relatively consistent and the operator currently needs to manually fold the top flaps before sealing.
