Fully Automatic Dual Side Sealing Machine APW-15020-2SS

The OUYA Dual Side Sealing Machine APW-15020-2SS is a heavy-duty shrink sealing solution designed for extra large and bulky products that require fully enclosed four-side wrapping. Unlike conventional L-type sealers, this machine uses two adjustable side sealing systems to create a complete sealed film package around large products.

The machine is available in configurations for products up to 200 mm or 450 mm in height, with a 1,500 mm sealing width. The adjustable side sealing devices allow the machine to accommodate products with different dimensions without requiring replacement of major components, making it suitable for flexible production environments.

The machine uses two single-layer film rolls, with the lower film supplied from a separate film rack for easier film replacement. Two automatic waste-strip rewinding systems collect excess film from the sealing process, helping keep the packaging area cleaner and reducing manual handling.

A PLC and touchscreen control system provides convenient operation and allows production parameters to be stored and recalled when changing between products. Product size adjustments can be made through hand-wheel controls, helping simplify changeovers between different product sizes.

The machine is equipped with integrated infeed and outfeed conveyors, available in belt or roller configurations depending on the product. This allows the machine to be connected to upstream and downstream equipment for continuous automated packaging lines.
