The OUYA LA-460EKB is a fully automatic L-type sealing machine designed to provide efficient and consistent shrink wrapping for businesses requiring higher packaging productivity. It automates product feeding, film sealing, and waste film collection, reducing manual handling and helping maintain consistent packaging results.

With a maximum sealing area of 450 × 600 mm and a packaging speed of up to 25 packs per minute, the LA-460EKB is suitable for a wide range of products and medium to high-volume packaging applications. The machine can accommodate products up to 460 × 320 × 100 mm, making it suitable for various small to medium-sized items.

The machine is equipped with an anti-adhesive Teflon-coated sealing blade, designed to produce clean and consistent seals while reducing smoke during operation. An overheat protection system helps extend sealing component life, while the hand-clamping protection device provides additional safety for the operator and product.

The LA-460EKB uses a photocell sensor system that can be configured for vertical or horizontal detection, allowing the machine to accommodate different product sizes and thicknesses. It can also automatically adjust the feeding length and collect waste film, helping reduce film wastage and simplify operation.

For smaller or irregularly shaped products, the machine is available with a closing belt option to improve product handling through the sealing area. Other options include a printing mark registration device for printed film and a 1.2-metre infeed conveyor.
