The WERDEN WD-450L-CC Fully Automatic L-Sealer is designed to automate the shrink-wrapping process for a wide range of products and packaging applications. It combines automatic product feeding, film wrapping, and L-shaped sealing into a continuous packaging process, helping improve productivity and achieve consistent package presentation.

The machine features a 550 × 450 mm sealing blade and can handle packages up to 120 mm in height, with maximum packaging dimensions based on the product's length, width, and height. With a packaging speed of approximately 15–30 packages per minute, the WD-450L-CC is suitable for medium to high-volume production environments.

A key feature of this model is its integrated closing conveyor, which is designed to handle smaller product profiles with a minimum product length of approximately 50 mm. This helps maintain smooth product transfer and reliable sealing even when packaging smaller items.

The WD-450L-CC supports POF, PVC, and PE shrink films, providing flexibility for different products and packaging requirements.
