Fully Automatic L Type Vertical Sealing Machine Ouya LA-5000KB

The OUYA LA-5000/KB is a high-performance fully automatic L-type sealing machine designed for fast, consistent, and reliable shrink wrapping in demanding production environments. With a maximum packing speed of up to 45 packs per minute, it provides a significant increase in packaging productivity while reducing the need for manual handling.

The machine features a maximum sealing area of 480 × 420 mm and can handle products with a maximum pack height of 80 mm. Its conveyor speed can be adjusted electronically from the control panel, with a maximum speed of 30 metres per minute, allowing operators to fine-tune the packaging process according to the product and production requirements.

Designed with production efficiency in mind, the LA-5000/KB includes piece counting, batch production settings, pack-length measurement, real-time output monitoring, and irregular-pack control. Operators can also store up to 10 different operation programs, making it easier to switch between different packaging requirements.

The machine allows both single-pack and multipack packaging, making it suitable for businesses handling different product configurations. The sealing blade temperature can be adjusted independently in both the longitudinal and transverse directions for greater control over sealing performance.

The LA-5000/KB is designed for use with POF and PE micro-perforated film in thicknesses from 10 to 50 microns. Single-layer PE film is not applicable. The machine complies with CE regulations and operates on a 220V single-phase power supply.
