PE Shrink Tunnel Ouya APT-6040PE Series

The OUYA APT-6040PE Series is a heavy-duty industrial shrink tunnel specially designed for packaging applications using PE shrink film. It provides controlled and consistent heat distribution to shrink the film tightly around products, making it particularly suitable for larger products, bundled products, and demanding packaging environments.

The tunnel features a fully recirculating air chamber with top and bottom fan circulation, helping maintain effective heat distribution throughout the tunnel. A cooling fan at the discharge end helps cool and stabilize the shrink-wrapped package as it exits the tunnel.

The conveyor speed can be adjusted using a frequency inverter, allowing operators to control the product dwell time inside the tunnel according to the product size, film type, and desired shrink result. Digital temperature control provides convenient and precise adjustment of the operating temperature.

The APT-6040PE uses durable metal heating elements, designed for long service life and easier maintenance. The machine is equipped with a live roller rod conveyor as standard, while a net conveyor is available as an option depending on the packaging application.

The series is available in two tunnel lengths to suit different production requirements. The APT-6040PE I has a 1,200 mm tunnel and a maximum conveyor speed of 15 m/min, while the APT-6040PE II has a longer 1,800 mm tunnel and a maximum conveyor speed of 20 m/min.

The machine is designed to work particularly well with PE sleeve wrapping machines, and can also be integrated with L-sealers and overwrapping machines to create a complete automated shrink packaging line.
