Industrial Shrink Tunnel OUYA APT-1810 Series

The OUYA APT-1810 Series is an industrial heat shrink tunnel designed to efficiently shrink packaging film around products, providing a neat and secure finished package. It is suitable for a wide range of standard product sizes and can be integrated with different shrink packaging systems.

The APT-1810 Series can be used together with L-bar sealing machines and sleeve wrapper bundlers, or operated independently for shrink banding applications. This flexibility makes it suitable for businesses looking to build a complete shrink wrapping line or add a dedicated shrink tunnel to an existing packaging process.

The machine uses an integrated thermal circulation system designed for rapid temperature rise and efficient heat distribution. A single heating zone is controlled by an SSR and PID OMRON temperature controller, providing temperature control with a tolerance of approximately ±1°C. Solid metal heating elements provide durable and reliable operation.

The conveyor speed is adjustable from 10 to 40 metres per minute using a frequency inverter, allowing operators to control the product's exposure time inside the tunnel according to the film, product, and desired shrink result.

The standard live roller rod conveyor uses solid rollers coated with silicone rubber for durability and resistance to dust and heat. A Teflon mesh conveyor is available as an option for applications requiring different product handling characteristics. The tunnel height can also be adjusted to accommodate products of different heights.

An automatic shut-off function switches off the power when the tunnel temperature falls below 70°C, helping improve safety, reduce unnecessary waiting time, and extend the service life of the machine. The APT-1810 Series is also CE certified.
