The OUYA AP-1622A is a semi-automatic L-type sealing machine designed to provide a simple, efficient, and economical solution for shrink wrapping solid products. The machine is equipped with a 550 × 400 mm sealing bar and a powered belt discharge conveyor, allowing sealed products to be transferred smoothly after the sealing cycle. Its dual magnetic clamping system provides increased sealing force to produce a firm and consistent seal.

The sealing blade is coated with anti-adhesive Teflon, helping produce a clean and firm seal while reducing smoke during operation. An overheat protection function helps extend the service life of the sealing system, while the hand-clamping protection device provides additional safety for the operator and helps prevent accidental damage to the product.

The AP-1622A features easy adjustment of the sealing and conveyor time, together with a quick film-loading design and pin perforation device for convenient operation. Heavy-duty lockable castors also allow the machine to be moved and positioned easily within the packaging area.

For applications requiring further automation, the AP-1622A can be combined with the OUYA APT-1810 heat shrink tunnel to create a complete shrink-wrapping system. The heat shrink tunnel can be supplied separately or as part of a complete packaging set.
