The CY-100 is a tying machine designed for securing cardboard products with string, automatically adjusting tension and string length during the tying process. It's suited for cartons, corrugated paper, printed materials (magazines, books), plastic commodities, clothing (bed sheets, towels), wood commodities, and similar goods.

The machine uses PE D28 twine, well suited to cardboard's properties — the twine holds up to 132 lbs of tension without damaging the material being tied. For continuous operation, tying speed reaches up to 30 bundles/min on semi-automatic models and 26 bundles/min on fully automatic models. Fully automatic models require no labor, while semi-automatic models need only minimal manpower, substantially reducing labor requirements. Chang Yong's patented sensor design precisely aligns the tying location while also protecting operators from injury.
