The CHALI M-60AX is a fully automatic strapping machine designed for efficient and consistent strapping of cartons, boxes, and packages in high-volume packaging environments. Its automated strap feeding, positioning, tensioning, and sealing functions help reduce manual intervention while maintaining reliable strapping performance.

The machine features an automatic strap-feeding system that prepares the strap for the next strapping cycle at the press of a button. Its automatic positioning and retry function helps ensure that the strap is correctly positioned around the package, while the jam-free function automatically ejects incorrect strap loops to help maintain smooth operation.

The M-60AX provides electronic tension adjustment from 5 to 75 kg, allowing operators to select the appropriate tension for different package sizes and load requirements. The strap is securely joined using a heat-sealing system, with the machine supporting strap widths from 6 to 15 mm.

With a strapping speed of approximately 30–32 cycles per minute, the M-60AX is suitable for production environments where speed and repeatability are important. The strapping cycle can be initiated through the start switch, table ball switch, or integrated foot pedal system, providing flexibility for different operating requirements.

The machine uses CHALI's modular aluminium alloy arch design, allowing the arch to be assembled, disassembled, or changed to another size without requiring an arch motor. A lift-type top cover provides convenient access for maintenance, while the automatic motor-stop function helps reduce unnecessary energy consumption.
