The CY-60 is a tying machine designed to bundle prints (brochures, flyers, newspapers, letters), plastic commodities (bags, hangers), clothing (towels, handkerchiefs), and foods (such as Chinese rice-pudding). It automatically adjusts thread/string tension and length during the tying process, avoiding damage to the product being bundled.
Tying takes less than two seconds per bundle, with speed fast enough to keep up with the output of any automatic printing or cutting machine. The machine uses PE thread — strong enough to hold up to 60kg, yet gentle on delicate prints, extremely low-cost, and non-toxic. Tying is done by knotting the cut ends, producing no air pollution and no harm to human health.
