The CHALI JN-85PS is a semi-automatic pallet strapping machine designed to securely bundle and stabilize palletized goods for handling, storage, and transportation. Its movable design allows operators to position the machine around different pallet loads, making it a practical solution for warehouses, logistics operations, and manufacturing environments.

The machine uses PP strapping as standard, with PET strapping available as an option. It features a standard 1,000 mm strapping arch, while customized arch lengths are available for larger pallet loads. The inside tension adjustment allows operators to control the strap tension according to the load and application.

The JN-85PS uses a heat-sealing system and can provide a maximum strap tension of approximately 70 kg. It accommodates strap widths from 12 to 15 mm, making it suitable for securing a wide range of palletized products.

A key advantage of the JN-85PS is its movable construction, which allows the machine to be brought directly to the pallet rather than requiring the pallet to be positioned precisely at a fixed strapping station. This is particularly useful in working areas where cranes or other material-handling equipment have limited access.

The machine is equipped with PLC control and automatic strap-length control for convenient operation. It is available with different power supply configurations to suit installation requirements.
