Ultrasonic dot-line sealer L-QP-01
Ultrasonic Dot-Line Sealer L-QP-01
Seal plastic bags, non-woven fabrics, and other thin materials cleanly — without staples, rubber bands, tape, or glue. The L-QP-01 uses ultrasonic vibration to weld materials shut along a dotted line, giving you a fast, consumables-free alternative to conventional bag closing methods.
Why choose ultrasonic sealing
- No contamination risk — since no staples, bands, or tape are used, there's nothing that can accidentally end up inside the package.
- Clean appearance — leaves only a small, neat weld mark instead of disrupting the package with visible fasteners.
- Easy to position — the handpiece's arc-shaped teeth make the sealing point easy to see, so the operator can weld exactly where intended.
- Fast and simple to operate — turn on the power, set the timer, and slide the handpiece horizontally while gripping the material to seal.
- Strong weld — repeated multi-directional vibration produces a secure bond.
- Easy-open packaging — sealed packages open cleanly from the end of the dotted-line seal point.
- Worldwide voltage compatibility — runs on 100–240V AC, 50/60Hz.
- Made in Japan — manufactured in Nagoya, Japan.
Applications
- Bagging and subdivision packing (e.g. small parts, hardware)
- Repackaging (e.g. produce, retail goods)
- Temporary fastening in sewing and non-woven fabric work
- Sealing nylon bags, non-woven material, bubble wrap sheet, and aluminum bags
Compatible materials: PSP, OPS, PVC, HIPS, PPF, PP, and A-PET (compatibility varies by material combination — see compatibility chart).
Note: This machine is not intended for airtight sealing.
