Reciprocating Type Blister-Shell Packer
The Reciprocating Type series is used to heat-seal transparent blister-shells — made on a vacuum forming machine — onto exquisitely printed cardboard backing, creating finished blister-pack packaging. The machine heats the blister-shell and card together so they bond cleanly, giving products a retail-ready presentation.
Two heating methods are available across the series: impulse heating (instantaneous) and direct heating, so you can choose the method that best fits your production cycle and material.
Applications
Suitable for packing a wide range of products in blister-shell packaging, including hardware, electronic products, stationery, foods, ornaments, toys, and general necessities.
