HAWO hpl WSZ Handheld Heat Sealing Tong

The HAWO hpl WSZ is a portable handheld heat sealing tong designed for reliable sealing of heat-sealable films and coated packaging materials. Its flexible handheld design allows operators to seal products directly at the packaging location, making it particularly useful for large, bulky or irregularly shaped products.

The hpl WSZ can seal materials including coated aluminium film, coated paper and coated cellophane, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial and commercial packaging applications.

The sealing jaws provide a 12 mm sealing seam with consistent temperature distribution across both sealing bars, helping produce reliable and uniform seals. The WSZ TB version features PTFE-coated sealing rails to help prevent packaging materials from sticking during the sealing process.

For applications requiring stationary operation, an optional table clamp allows the sealing tong to be mounted as a fixed tabletop unit. The hpl WSZ is available with 300 mm and 400 mm sealing bar widths, providing flexibility for different package sizes.
