The AMESON MINI AIR PRO2 is an industrial air cushion machine designed to produce protective packaging materials on demand for high-volume packing operations. It can produce air pillows, air tubes, and air bubble cushioning, allowing businesses to use one machine for both void filling and product protection.

With a production speed of up to 25 metres per minute, the MINI AIR PRO2 is designed for larger warehouses, fulfilment centres, and packing operations where higher output is required. Its automatic operation and programmable controls help provide consistent cushioning production while reducing the need for manual intervention.

The machine uses a belt-free design, reducing maintenance requirements compared with machines that rely on conventional belt-driven systems. It also requires no preheating, allowing operators to start production immediately. Air volume, temperature, and production speed can be adjusted according to the film and desired cushioning result.

The MINI AIR PRO2 can work with film widths of 200, 400, 600, and 800 mm, providing flexibility for different protective packaging requirements. It can produce various air pillow sizes as well as air bubble, tube, and quilt-style cushioning materials.

The machine can also be connected to optional accessories such as an overhead hopper, film winder, film delivery system, or basket, allowing the cushioning production system to be configured according to the layout and requirements of the packing station.

Its compact industrial design measures approximately 380 × 310 × 280 mm and weighs around 8.5–9 kg, making it relatively easy to install while still providing higher production capacity than compact entry-level air cushion machines.
