The AMESON MINI AIR EASi2 is a compact and lightweight air cushion machine designed to produce protective packaging materials on demand. It can convert air cushion film into air pillows and air bubble cushioning, providing an efficient alternative to storing large quantities of pre-filled protective packaging materials.

With its extremely compact footprint, the MINI AIR EASi2 is designed for packing stations where workspace and storage are limited. The machine weighs approximately 3 kg and measures only 405 × 220 × 195 mm, making it small enough to fit easily on a desktop or packing table.

The machine requires no preheating, allowing operators to start producing cushioning material immediately. Air volume and temperature can be adjusted according to the film type and desired cushioning result.

The EASi2 uses a belt-free heating system, helping reduce maintenance requirements while providing reliable film inflation and sealing. An integrated film sensor automatically stops the machine when the film runs out, helping prevent unnecessary operation.

The machine can produce different types of air cushion materials depending on the selected film, including air pillows for void filling and air bubble film for wrapping and surface protection. This allows one compact machine to support both void-fill and protective wrapping applications.

Optional accessories such as an arm stand, basket, and foot pedal can be used to adapt the machine to different packing station layouts and workflows. A foot pedal can also allow hands-free operation while preparing or packing products.
