The ZAPAK ZP90A Battery-Powered Strapping Tool is a lightweight and ergonomic handheld solution designed for efficient strapping of cartons, packages, and palletized goods. Its cordless design allows operators to strap products directly at their location without being restricted by a fixed machine or power cable.

The ZP90A combines automatic tensioning, friction welding, and strap cutting into a single operation. With single-handed operation, the tool helps simplify the strapping process and reduce operator effort, making it suitable for repetitive packaging applications.

Powered by a Li-ion battery and ZAPAK's patented brushless motor, the ZP90A is designed for reliable operation and long service life. At approximately 3.4 kg including the battery, its lightweight construction helps reduce operator fatigue during frequent strapping operations.

The tool is suitable for PP and PET strapping with widths from 9 to 13 mm and thicknesses from 0.50 to 0.85 mm. Adjustable tension ranges from 15 to 120 kg, allowing the operator to select an appropriate tension level according to the package and application. A soft tension mode is also available for lighter or more fragile products.

A pre-programmed touch panel provides convenient control of operating parameters, while the adjustable strap guides allow the tool to accommodate different strap widths. The rear roller is designed to help prevent scratches or damage to the surface of the strapped product.

The ZP90A can be used for both horizontal and vertical strapping, making it suitable for cartons, palletized goods, and products with different strapping orientations. Its portable design makes it particularly useful where products are too large or impractical to bring to a fixed strapping machine.
