Powder, liquid, cream, and granule products like sugar or coffee are packed into a long, narrow pouch. Packing for different materials is accomplished by selecting the matching dosing unit — with dedicated PM-100 variants for granule, liquid, powder, tablet, and screw products.

The automatic packaging machine completes product quantitative filling, bag forming, sealing, and back-seal shaping in one continuous process. High-sensitivity fiber-optic photo sensors automatically trace color marks to obtain complete, accurate logo/print registration on the film. PID digital temperature control keeps sealing temperature deviation within ±1°C.
